Laundry Detergent

Description

The ingredients in our detergent are some of the best to get clothes clean. Safe to use in HE machines.
The ingredients: Borax, Baking Soda, Washing Soda, Zote soap flakes*, Oxiclean. The containers offered vary in size, but each will come with at least one gel silica packet to absorb moisture and prevent clumping.
*The original recipe calls for FelsNaptha soap bars, but my hands have a difficult task in grating that hard bar, so we’ve switched to Zote.
We’ve used three tablespoons for years, but recent Internet posts have said two might be sufficient, especially if you have a HE washer.
